• 1.0 cup Sharp Cheese Grated Ea Garlic Minced
• 1.0 cup Bread Crumbs Seasoned C Corn Oil
• 2.0 tbsp Parsley Fresh Chopped Ts Pepper

   In covered saucepan, cook eggplant in a small amount of boiling water
