Elanor's Sweet Potato Pie

Elanor's Sweet Potato Pie is built on Sweet Potatoes Cook Mash, Sugar, Salt, Evaporated Milk, and Butter Softened. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

• 2 cup
• 1/2 tsp
• 13 oz
• 1/2 cup

Method (preview)

   3 1/2 c Sweet potatoes, cook/mash

   Beating well.

   After each one, stir in salt, nutmeg, milk and Extract.

   Pour into 2 deep dish unbaked, pie shells.

   Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

   Then lower oven to 325 and bake for 30-40 minutes longer.
