Eton Mess — een communityrecept op Potlikkr.

Ingrediënten

• 284.0 ml Whipping Cream
• 3.0 tbsp Orange Liqueur
• 360.0 g Strawberries
• 75.0 g Meringue Super Stars Or Meringe Nests Crumbled

Bereiding (voorbeeld)

   strawberries and the crumbled meringue and fold in gently.

   Transfer the mixture to individual sundae glasses and serve at once.
