   Oil to fry

   Beat eggs and combine with the wet ingredients.

   Combine dry ingredients and combine both mixture to attain a smooth batter.

   Drop from a funnel or spouted measure cup into hot oil (375F) swirling about 1/2 cup batter for each funnel cake.

   Fry 2 minutes on each side or until golden.

   Drain on paper and dust with powdered sugar.
