Method (preview)

   Mix all ingredients in a bowl until cucumbers are coated. Serve alone or over lettuce.

   Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method 1 yellow cake mix 3 cups rhubarb -- cut up

   Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan.

   Mix sugar, Jell-O and rhubarb. Spoon over top of cake batter.

   Mix all together and then microwave for 20 seconds on 50% power.

   Some might find the packet of Splenda to be too sweet.

   You could try starting with 1/4 packet and add until the taste is right for you.

   Cake: Mix all together. Place in a well-greased 9x13-inch pan.
