Method (preview)

   In large skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage in oil, until sausage is brown.

   Remove sausage and reserve.

   Add butter to pan and bring to temperature, add onions and garlic; saut� until onions are translucent.

   Add capers, and stir for one minute. Add mushroom soup, sherry and broth.

   Cook for a few minute, stirring to combine.

   Add milk and bouillon cubes and return sausage to the pan; cook until desired thickness is just about attained.

   Turn off heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.
