- 1
Cook noodles in large pot of boiling water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally.
- 2
Drain.
- 3
Transfer to bowl.
- 4
Add 2 teaspoons sesame oil to noodles and toss to coat.
- 5
Mix vinegar, cilantro, ginger, jalapenos and honey in small bowl.
- 6
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 7
Heat remaining 2 teaspoons sesame oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 8
Add green onions and garlic; saute until aromatic, about 3 minutes.
- 9
Add vinegar mixture and shrimp to skillet; stir until shrimp are just cooked through, about 3 minutes.
- 10
Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup water.
- 11
Add mixture to skillet; stir until liquid thickens, about 2 minutes.
- 12
Preheat the oven to 400F. In a medium stockpot filled with boiling salted water, slightly undercook the macaroni according to package directions.
- 13
Drain in a colander.
- 14
Transfer the drained macaroni to a medium bowl.
- 15
Add the tomatoes, beans (if using), olives, half the oil, shredded basil, garlic, salt, and pepper; toss well to combine.
- 16
Pour in the broth and sprinkle 1/2 cup of the bread crumbs evenly over the top. Drizzle with the remaining oil.
- 17
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crusty.
- 18
Remove the gratin from the oven. Set the oven to broil.
- 19
With a large spoon, break through the crust and toss the mixture gently several times to combine.
- 20
Flatten the top slightly with the back of the spoon, then sprinkle with the remaining bread crumbs.
- 21
Place on a rack so the gratin is 4 to 6 inches from the heating element.
- 22
Broil until the top is lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
- 23
Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves and olives, if desired.
- 24
Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- 25
Stir in tomatoes.
- 26
Bring to a boil.
- 27
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
- 28
Drain ravioli. Add the ravioli, spinach and olives to the beef mixture; heat through. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- 29
Combine all marinade ingredients and pour over mahi mahi.
- 30
Marinate for 15 minutes, turning once.
- 31
For best flavor, prepare grill with mesquite chips.
- 32
Grill fish about 5 minutes on each side, basting frequently.
- 33
Top with avocado mayonnaise.
- 34
Slowly add hot melted butter.
- 35
When thickened add avocado, salt and pepper, blend 30 seconds.
