In a large saucepan, combine golden mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, white wine and flour. Add meatballs and mushrooms.

Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 20 minutes or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with noodles.

Place chicken breasts between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
