- 4.0 oz Onions Sliced Divided
- 6.0 oz Potatoes Peeled Cut

Place 1/2 of fish fillets on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with

lemon juice and paprika. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each
fillet. Combine parsley and chives. Roll potato in parsley mixture.
