- 0.5 l Milk
- 2.0 Egg Yolks
- 2.0 Whole Eggs

In a heavy saucepan melt 100 g sugar until it is a golden caramel

colour. Remove from heat and pour it into a single mold or 4
individual custard cups, tilting to coat the mold.
