• 3.0 Egg Yolks
• 0.3333 cup Sugar

   Heat the milk & cream to simmering in a saucepan.

   Combine the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and add the flour, stirring with a whisk. Stir the hot milk 7 cream into the egg mixture & return it to the saucepan.
