Fresh Peach Sorbet
Fresh Peach Sorbet is a home-style recipe made with Chopped Peeled Peaches, Sugar, and Sauternes Or Other Sweet White Wine. Serves 10.

Place peaches and sugar in a food processor. Add wine, and process until smooth.

Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Yield: 5 cups (serving size: 1/2 cup).
