Ingredients

• 1.0 cup Milk
• 5.0 tbsp Flour
• 1.0 cup Butter
• 2.0 cup Powdered Sugar

   Cook milk and flour until thick. Put in refrigerator to cool.

   Beat together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla with cooled mixture a little at a time.
