- 0.75 Water
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 8.5 oz Canned Crushed Pineapple

Place apricots and water in heavy-bottomed saucepan and cook, covered over very low heat until fruit is pulpy and falls apart when stirred. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple with juice and bring mixture to boil. Remove from heat. Chill.
