Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

• 1.0 cup Buttermilk Baking Mix
• 0.25 cup Cocoa
• 1.0 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 0.75 cup Chocolate Syrup

Method (preview)

   Combine buttermilk baking mix and cocoa in large bowl. Mix in 1 cup of the sweetened condensed milk, 1/4 cup of the chocolate syrup, and the vanilla. Mix until well-blended. Spoon into greased 8-inch square pan.

   Combine remaining sweetened condensed milk, remaining chocolate syrup and hot water in small bowl. Pour liquid mixture over mixture in pan. Do not stir! Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon into dessert dishes with pudding over the top.
