Garlic Marinade is a home-style recipe made with Peanut Or Veg Oil, Soy Sauce, Garllic Minced, and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.

- 1.0 tbsp Peanut Or Veg Oil
- 2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3.0 clove Garllic Minced
- 0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Combine. Brush on shrimp.

To brush on chicken: Same as above, except substitute 1 Tbsp.
Chinese hot mustard for the red pepper flakes.
