- 0.75 tsp Salt
- 0.25 cup Cream
- 0.25 tsp Pepper
- 2.0 tbsp Butter

Peel potaotes & cut them into 4-5 pieces each. Place potatoes & garlic in

a medium pot with water to cover & add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a boil
& simmer til tender. Remove potatoes & drain.
