• 2.0 Coddled Eggs
• 2.0 cup Olive Oil
• 1.0 tsp Pepper
• 1.0 tsp Salt

   Mix first 10 ingredients together in a wooden bowl. Pour into quart-sized jar with lid. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using. Mix greens in large bowl, pour amount of dressing desired over top and toss well to coat. Top with croutons. Makes 3 to 4 cups dressing. Keep refrigerated.
