George's Ceasar Dressing

George's Ceasar Dressing is a home-style recipe made with Coddled Eggs, Olive Oil, Pepper, Salt, Garlic, and Wine Vinegar. Serves 1.

Ingrédients

• 2.0 Coddled Eggs
• 2.0 cup Olive Oil
• 1.0 tsp Pepper
• 1.0 tsp Salt

Méthode (aperçu)

   Mix first 10 ingredients together in a wooden bowl. Pour into quart-sized jar with lid. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using. Mix greens in large bowl, pour amount of dressing desired over top and toss well to coat. Top with croutons. Makes 3 to 4 cups dressing. Keep refrigerated.
