Method (preview)

   Sift together dry ingredients (flour, soda, cinnamon & salt).

   Cream well beaten eggs, oil, buttermilk and sugar.

   Mix in vanilla and add to dry ingredients.

   Fold in pineapple, carrots, coconut and nuts.

   Pour ingrediends into a well greased and floured 13x9x2 1/2 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
