Ingredients

• 2.5 tbsp Unflavored Gelatin
• 1.0 cup Cold Water
• 1.0 cup Sugar
• 2.0 cup Grapefruit Juice

   In a saucepan, stir together the remaining 1/2-cup water and the sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

   Dissolve the gelatin in the sugar mixture and cool.
