Grasshopper Pie

Grasshopper Pie is a home-style recipe made with Crushed Chocolate Wafers, Melted Oleo, Miniature Marshmallows One Bag, Milk, Creme De Menthe, and Creme De Cacao. Serves 1.

• 1.5 cup Crushed Chocolate Wafers
• 1.0 stick Melted Oleo
• 6.5 cup Miniature Marshmallows One Bag
• 0.25 cup Milk

   Mix wafer crumbs and melted oleo. Press into a pie pan, saving 1 to 2 tablespoons of crumbs for the top of the pie. Chill crust for 1 hour. Combine marshmallows and milk and heat in a double boiler until the marshmallows are melted. Cool, stirring every five minutes. Add the creme de menthe and creme de cacao.

   Whip the 2 cups whipping cream until soft peaks form. Fold into the marshmallow mixture. Pour into crust and top with reserved chocolate crumbs. Freeze until firm, or overnight. Store in refrigerator.
