• 1.0 cup Sifted Flour
• 1.0 tsp Baking Powder
• 0.25 tsp Salt
• 0.75 cup Milk

   Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and salt, sift again.

   Combine milk and egg and add to flour. Stir only until smooth. Add butter.
