• 2.0 tbsp Onion
• 1.0 clove Garlic
• 0.5 Red Pepper

   Halve the avocados, remove pits and scoop flesh into a glass container. Mash with a fork and blend in remaining ingredients. Serve as quickly as possible. Serve w/ fresh veggies.
