Ham Royal

Ham Royal is a home-style recipe made with Boneless Smoked Fully Cooked Ham, Jellied Cranberry Sauce, Orange Marmalade, Ground, Dry Mustard, and Lemon Juice. Serves 1.

• 0.5 cup Jellied Cranberry Sauce
• 0.5 cup Orange Marmalade
• 0.25 tsp Ground

   Place ham, fat side up on rack in open roasting pan. Insert roasting meat thermometer so bulb is in center of thickest part of ham.

   Bake in a 325 degree oven until meat thermometer registers 140 degrees (allowing 15 to 18 minutes per pound).
