Hawaiian Chicken

Zutaten

• 4.0 Green Onions
• 1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1.0 can Sliced Pineapple Canned In Natural Juices
• 1.0 Avocado Hot Rice

Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Chop onions using white part and 1 inch of green tops. Saute in 1 teaspoon of olive oil until glazed and transfer to the crockery pot. Coat chicken breasts with seasoned flour and saute in remaining olive oil until brown on both sides. Transfer to crockery pot. Drain pineapple and pour juice over chicken. Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or on High for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until breasts are tender. Slice avocado into 8 lengthwise strips. Place 2 strips on each chicken breast. Serve over hot rice accompanied by pineapple slices.
