   HEARTY SOUP MIX: Combine ingredients in a large airtight container.

   Stir to evenly distribute ingredients.

   Label container.

   Store in a cool, dry place.

   Shake before using.

   Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 1 to 1/2 hours.

   Add carrots, celery, cabbage, tomato sauce, and vegetable juice cocktail.
