Ingredients

• 1.5 cup Raisins
• 2.0 tsp Baking Soda
• 1.0 cup Boiling Water
• 1.0 cup Sugar

   Soak raisins with the baking soda in the boiling water. Mix and let stand until cool. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350F until toothpick comes out clean.
