Honey Icing

Honey Icing is a home-style recipe made with Sugar, Honey, Salt, and Water.

• 1/4 cup

   Combine sugar, honey, water, and salt. Boil to soft ball stage (236 F).

   Add marshmallows. Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg white. Beat until thick and creamy.
