• 1.0 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1.0 tbsp Honey
• 1.0 tbsp Lemon Juice

   Combine the cilantro, oil, honey, lemon juice, pepper and rind in a small mixing bowl.

   Grill the pork steaks over medium coals for 4 minutes. Turn steaks over, cover with sauce and continue to grill an additional 4 minutes. Cover with remaining sauce and serve.
