- 2.0 tbsp Honey
- 1.0 Part Vinegar
- 3.0 Part Oil
Bereiding (voorbeeld)

Mix 1/2 tsp. of dry mustard powder with just enough water to make it
- 2
smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes until it opens your sinuses when you
sniff it! Add 2-3 tbs. of honey to vinegar and oil and shake until well
