• 1.5 cup Seedless Raisins
• 1.5 cup Water
• 2.0 tbsp Cornstarch

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Place raisins & water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat & simmer for 5 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a little water & blend into simmering raisins. Add honey & cook, stirring, until mixture is thickened & clear. Remove from heat & stir in nutmeg, grated orange peel & butter. While mixture is coolign, pare, core & slice the pears.
