Honey-roasted carrots with blue cheese dressing is a home-style recipe made with Olive Oil, Honey, Soy Sauce, and Red Wine Vinegar.

• 3.0 tsp Honey
• 2.0 tsp Soy Sauce
• 2.0 tsp Red Wine Vinegar

Preparo (prévia)

   Place the blanched carrots onto a baking sheet. Add the butter and oil and mix well to coat the carrots. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and place in the oven to roast for 5-10 minutes.

   Remove the carrots from the oven, drizzle over the honey and the soy sauce and return to the oven to cook for another 2-4 minutes, until golden-brown.
