- 0.5 cup Skim Milk
- 2.0 Packets Equal Sweetener

Mix cocoa and 2 teaspoons of milk until smooth.

Add remaining milk and microwave until hot (1 - 1 1/2 minutes).
Let rest a minute or two. Add Equal.
