• 1.0 Tube Hot Sausage
• 1.0 box Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread
• 1.0 can Evaporated Milk
• 1.0 jar Chopped Pimiento

   Brown sausage and drain off fat. Melt cheese with milk in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sausage and pimiento. Shake hot sauce on top and stir. Serve as a dip with corn chips. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
