• 8.0 oz Cream Cheese
• 3.0 oz White American Cheese
• 0.5 cup Beer Or Ale
• 2.0 Green Chiles

Zubereitung (Vorschau)

   Heat cream cheese, American cheese and beer in the microwave on medium heat for 1 minute, then another until cheese is melted. (Or heat in a conventional oven to melt, about 8 minutes at 325 degrees.) Stir in chiles, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper and half the olives. Transfer to serving dish. Garnish with remaining olives. Keep warm in a small fondue pot or mini-crockpot; or serve at room temperature with crisp bagel chips.
