Ingredients

• 2.0 tbsp Cracked Black Pepper
• 2.0 tbsp Peri Peri Powder
• 1.0 tbsp Caster Sugar

   For the black pepper ice cream, soften the vanilla ice cream and mix in the cracked black pepper until evenly spread.

   Taste the ice cream at this stage, if you prefer a stronger taste of black pepper add some more. Mix thoroughly and re-freeze.
