- 1.0 To Tsps Sugar
- 6.0 oz Black Coffee Whipped Cream Garnish

Into a pre-warmed 8 ounce steamed glass (or coffee cup), pour 1 1/2

ounces Irish whisky. Add sugar and fill to within 1/2 inch of top with
strong, very hot, black coffee. Stir to disolve sugar. Float to brim
