Spring lamb and spring vegetables -- with a few spice twists. Fiddleheads are local delicacy, although it may be a little early to find them. Do call around as they are worth a little searching. If the fiddleheads are unavailable, try to find bundles of small leeks to use in the leek recipe.

A very well received menu all around.
The Vegetables Giardiniera are perhaps a little too acidic to match with a wine but were very tasty.
