   Place all ingredients in breadmachine according to manufacturer's instructions. Bake on White Bread setting. Makes a dense loaf of very flavorful bread. Modified by Wendy Ceracche DBCP84B I used Gouda cheese since I didn't have any Monterey Jack cheese.
