Preheat oven to 400F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

In a large skillet, fry sausage until browned and crumbly. Remove from skillet; set aside.

In same skillet, melt butter; add onion and mushrooms. Saut� for 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
