James & Christmas Tree Spritz

James & Christmas Tree Spritz comes together with Butter, Sugar, Flour, and Salt. Keep it handy for the next time you cook it.

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup
• 2 1/2 cup
• 1/2 tsp

Method (preview)

   Cream sugar with butter and crisco. Add lemon extract and food coloring.

   Add egg and blend well.

   Chill for about an hour if dough is too soft.

   Fill cookie shooter according to directions.

   Press out shapes as desired and decorate with colored sugar, etc.

   Bake one sheet at a time for 8 - 10 minutes. Cookies should be slightly browned. Remove carefully and cool on rack.
