Jiffy Fruit Cake

Ingredients

• 9.0 oz Mincemeat
• 0.25 cup Warm Water
• 1.0 pkg White Cake Mix
• 0.5 cup English Walnuts Powdered Sugar Glaze Recipe

Method (preview)

   Soften dry mincemeat with warm water. Prepare cake mix according to package directions, blend in softened mincemeat, stir in walnuts, pour into greased 9" square cake pan. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for about 40 minutes. While still warm decorate cake with English Walnuts halves and drizzle with powdered sugar glaze.
