• 1.5 oz Unsweetened Chocolate Cut In Small
• 0.25 cup Sugar
• 1.0 pinch Cream Of Tartar

   For the Mousse: In the top of a double boiler, set over barely simmering water,

   melt the chocolates with the coffee and the Kahlua, stirring occaisionally. In a
