- 1.0 cup Key Lime Juice Strained
- 2.0 cup Water
- 4.6667 cup Sugar
- 5.0 oz Liquid Pectin

Combine juice, water and sugar in large kettle and bring to boil.

Add pectin and bring back to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from
heat. Skim top. Ladle into hot sterile jars and seal.
