- 2.0 Cm Length Fresh Turmeric Grated
- 1.0 Medium Onion Finely Chopped

Lightly toast the coriander and cumin seeds then grind them either

in a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder. Add the spices to the
rest of the ingredients and put in a blender. Blend until smooth.
