• 3.0 Smallish Potatoes Roughly Chopped
• 0.25 Medium Onion Roughly Chopped
• 1.0 Egg

   Put potatoes, onion, egg and seasonings in processor with metal blade.

   Process until very finely chopped, but don't puree.
