Ingredients

• 2.0 stalk Leeks Mushrooms
• 3.0 tbsp Butter
• 3.0 cup Beef Broth To Thicken

Method (preview)

   Cook leeks and mushrooms (optional) in butter until soft. Add broth and simmer until hot. Thicken with flour. Serve
