Ingredients
- 3.0 Large Lemons
- 5.0 Eggs
- 1.0 cup Sugar
- 8.0 tbsp Butter Melted

Grate rind from one of the lemons into the blender. Squeeze lemons

and strain juice into blender. Add eggs and sugar and turn on the
motor, and add the melted hot butter. Place in a heavy saucepan
