• 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
• 2.0 tbsp Butter Or Margarine Juice Of One Lemon
• 0.5 tsp Salt

   Rinse chicken well and pat dry. Place onion inside cavity of chicken and rub the skin with butter or margarine. Place chicken in crockpot. Pour lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle the remaining ingredients over chicken. Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hours.
